ULOM was co-founded by Zik Nwanganga and Bing Low, two international students who experienced the challenges of finding community and resources when moving to the U.S. After struggling to navigate a new country without support, they created the platform they wished had existed—a place where newcomers feel supported and understood.

ULOM was built on the belief that everyone deserves welcome and no one should resettle alone. Today, ULOM connects immigrants, refugees, and international students with the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
